A Clinical Perspective on Movement
BoBo Balance NZ is operated by Physitime Ltd, led by John Halfon, a New Zealand Registered Physiotherapist. Our mission is to bridge the gap between clinical therapy and home-based exercise by making "boring" rehab - the highlight of the day.
Experience in Every Move
My clinical perspective is shaped by years of experience—from treating musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries in private practice to supporting children with disabilities. In my previous clinical work, I saw firsthand how vital "gamified" movement is for both recovery and development. Whether it’s an adult working on joint stability or a child reaching a new motor milestone, I believe that great results are reached through play.
Why I brought BoBo to New Zealand
Having used BoBo technology in a clinical setting in the past, I knew it was the missing piece for many New Zealanders. Its unique ability to provide real-time biofeedback through interactive games turns repetitive rehabilitation into an engaging challenge, helping patients stay motivated and consistent with their goals at home.
A Global Reputation
While BoBo Balance NZ is a locally owned venture, it is part of a global movement. With a strong reputation and over 70 five-star reviews in the US market, BoBo is now used in thousands of clinics worldwide. I am excited to finally make this expert-backed technology accessible to Kiwi homes and clinics.
